A course held for four decades

Navicella — the little vessel. The name was chosen in 1982 and has not needed revision since. A trusteeship is not a venture; it is a passage. Its worth is measured not in the noise of a quarter but in the quiet of decades.

Constituted in Vaduz under Liechtenstein law, the trust was entered on the public register as a Treuhänderschaft — a fiduciary structure built for continuity, confidentiality and the orderly transmission of private wealth between generations.

Four decades later the entry remains active, the domicile unchanged, and the discipline the same: patient allocation, deliberate governance, and a refusal to confuse motion with progress.

ContinuityOne domicile, one register, since 1982.
DiscretionPrivate by construction, not by exception.
StewardshipCapital held in trust, not in trade.
02 — Mandate

Six disciplines, one obligation

Drag the horizon. Every mandate begins with the same question: what must survive us? Across real assets, private markets and the digital economy.

01

Trust & Fiduciary Administration

Formation, day-to-day administration and custodianship of trust structures under Liechtenstein law — with the record-keeping rigour a forty-three year entry demands.

  • Deed & by-law stewardship
  • Registered office & domiciliation
  • Minute books and resolutions
02

Private Wealth Structuring

Architecture before allocation. Holding layers, foundations and trust arrangements designed for the family, the jurisdiction and the horizon — in that order.

  • Structure design & review
  • Asset segregation
  • Cross-entity coordination
03

Portfolio Oversight

Independent supervision of appointed managers and custodians: mandate compliance, concentration, liquidity and cost — reported plainly, without embellishment. Digital assets and on-chain positions are monitored with the same discipline.

  • Manager selection & review
  • Risk & exposure monitoring
  • Consolidated reporting
04

Succession & Estate Planning

The transfer of a lifetime's work should be an event without drama. Instructions drafted early, tested often, and executed exactly when the moment arrives.

  • Letters of wishes
  • Generational transfer plans
  • Executor coordination
05

Cross-Border Compliance

Liechtenstein sits between systems. Substance requirements, exchange-of-information regimes and beneficial-ownership duties are handled as routine, not as crisis.

  • Regulatory filings
  • AML / KYC lifecycle
  • Registry maintenance
06

Family Governance

Charters, councils and the difficult conversations held before they become disputes. A structure only endures if the people inside it understand why it exists.

  • Family charter drafting
  • Next-generation education
  • Conflict protocols

Every mandate is bespoke

No two families arrive with the same map. Tell us where you intend to be in thirty years and we will tell you what the passage requires.

03 — Approach

How a passage is planned

Phase 01

Soundings

We map what exists before proposing anything: assets, jurisdictions, obligations, intentions, and the people who will inherit all four. Nothing is drafted in the first meeting.

Phase 02

Charting

A written structure memorandum: the vehicles, the flows, the tax and reporting consequences, the failure modes. Presented with alternatives, not a single recommendation.

Phase 03

Passage

Implementation with counsel, banks and auditors coordinated from one desk. Deadlines are ours to hold. You receive one point of contact and one consolidated file.

Phase 04

Watch

Annual review of structure, mandate and register standing. Law changes; families change. A structure that is never revisited is a structure quietly going out of date.

04 — History

Forty-three years, four marks

The entry stands active and unbroken. The same seat, the same form, the same name chosen in 1982. Longevity is the only credential that cannot be manufactured.
