Terms of Use

The conditions on which this website is made available. In short: it is information, not an offer, and nothing here creates a client relationship.

Version 1.0 Last updated 1 September 2026 Governing law Liechtenstein

01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

02No offer and no advice

Important. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, to enter into any transaction, or to establish any structure.

The content is provided for general information about the Trust and its fields of activity. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not take account of the objectives, financial situation or particular needs of any person. No decision should be taken on the basis of this site alone; obtain advice appropriate to your own circumstances before acting.

The site is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law or regulation.

03No client relationship

Consulting this website, or submitting an enquiry through it, does not create a client, fiduciary, advisory or contractual relationship with the Trust. A relationship arises only upon the execution of a written engagement and the completion of the applicable identification and due-diligence procedures.

04Information and register data

Corporate and register information reproduced on this site — including the register number, legal form, seat, year of formation and notification history — originates from the Liechtenstein Public Register Office (Öffentlichkeitsregisteramt, oera.li) and from the Moneyhouse company record. It is reproduced in good faith and may be verified independently at source.

Register data may change without notice, and there may be a delay between an entry being amended at the register and being reflected here. The register itself, not this website, is authoritative.

05Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available and current, but we give no undertaking that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Access may be suspended, restricted or withdrawn at any time without notice, in whole or in part.

06Intellectual property

The name NAVICELLA INVESTMENT TRUST, the marks, texts, layouts, graphics, source code and other materials on this site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. They may be viewed and printed for personal, non-commercial reference.

Any reproduction, distribution, adaptation, framing or public communication for other purposes requires prior written permission. Extraction or reuse of substantial parts of the site by automated means is not permitted.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Trust, its trustees, officers and agents accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct or indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from access to, use of, or reliance on this website or its content, or from the inability to access it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable Liechtenstein law, in particular in cases of intent or gross negligence.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them, are governed by the law of the Principality of Liechtenstein, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and any international convention that would lead to the application of another law.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vaduz, Liechtenstein, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law.

10Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in force is the one displayed at the time of your access. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
