Version 1.0 Last updated 1 September 2026 Governing law Liechtenstein

01No offer and no solicitation

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation in respect of any security, participation, instrument, structure or service. No part of it should be read as an invitation to invest.

NAVICELLA INVESTMENT TRUST is a Liechtenstein trusteeship. It does not issue units or shares to the public, does not operate a collective investment scheme, does not take deposits, and does not solicit capital. There is no subscription, no minimum and no instrument available to acquire.

02No advice

The content of this website is general information about fiduciary practice. It is not investment advice, not legal advice, not tax advice and not accounting advice, and it takes no account of your objectives, financial situation, tax residence or needs.

No fiduciary, advisory or client relationship arises between you and the Trust by reason of your visiting this website, reading it, using a calculator on it, or sending a message through it. Such a relationship arises only under a signed instrument, after due diligence.

03No guarantee of outcome

The Trust has been continuously entered on the Liechtenstein public register since 1982. That is a statement about continuity of registration and nothing else. It is not a performance record, it does not describe any return, and it must not be read as implying one.

No representation is made that any objective will be achieved. The value of assets can fall as well as rise, and capital placed in any structure may be lost in whole or in part.

04Risk warning

Where a structure holds assets, those assets carry risk that no amount of administration removes. In particular:

  • Capital risk — the value of holdings may fall, and losses may be permanent.
  • Illiquidity — unlisted participations and real property cannot reliably be sold quickly, or at the carrying value.
  • Valuation uncertainty — assets without an observable market price are carried at estimates that may differ materially from realisable value.
  • Currency risk — holdings denominated in another currency may lose value in your reference currency irrespective of performance.
  • Concentration — a structure holding few assets is exposed to the failure of any one of them.
  • Leverage — borrowing magnifies loss as well as gain and may force a sale at the worst moment.
  • Legal and tax change — the treatment of a structure may change, including with retroactive effect.
  • Counterparty and custody risk — a bank, custodian or issuer may fail.

Past continuity is not a guide to future outcomes. If you do not understand a risk described here, do not proceed until you have taken independent professional advice.

05Accuracy and no reliance

Information on this website is provided in good faith and believed correct at the date of publication. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and may become out of date.

Register information reproduced here is drawn from the Liechtenstein public register (oera.li) and from the mirrored record published by Moneyhouse. The register itself is the authoritative source; where this site and the register differ, the register prevails. You are encouraged to verify the entry independently under number FL-0001.082.566-1.

06Third-party content and links

This website links to external resources, including the register record. Those resources are not controlled by the Trust. No responsibility is accepted for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

07Calculators and models

The calculators published on this site are simplified arithmetic illustrations. They run entirely in your browser, transmit nothing, and store nothing.

They exclude fees, taxes, contractual terms, regulatory requirements and every particular of your circumstances. Their output is an illustration of a formula and is not a quotation, a valuation, a lending decision, a projection or advice. The valuation simulator in particular is a published heuristic and is not a valuation opinion, nor any indication of a price at which the Trust would transact.

08Jurisdictional restrictions

This website is published from the Principality of Liechtenstein. It is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law or would subject the Trust to any registration requirement.

It is your responsibility to observe the laws applicable to you. Persons subject to such restrictions should not rely on this website.

09Impersonation and fraud

The Trust does not cold-call, does not advertise investment opportunities, does not operate referral commissions, and does not ask anyone to transfer funds to a third-party account.

If you are approached in the name of Navicella Investment Trust, treat the approach as unverified. Check the register entry directly, and do not transmit identity documents or make any payment on the strength of an unsolicited message.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Trust accepts no liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from access to, use of, or reliance on this website or its content, including any decision taken on the basis of a calculator output.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud.

11Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the law of the Principality of Liechtenstein. The ordinary courts of Vaduz have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protection available to a consumer in the place of habitual residence.
